We’re seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Executive who thrives in a customer-facing environment and is passionate about renewable energy.

Your Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Provide outstanding phone and email support to existing customers.
  • Customer Development: Actively process, qualify, and nurture new leads while re-engaging inactive customers.
  • CRM Management: Update, verify, and maintain customer data within the CRM system.
  • Account Support: Assist customers with portal logins and offer hands-on training for the company’s customer portal.
  • Market Insights: Collect and organize critical information on customers, markets, and competitors.
  • Performance Targets: Consistently meet or exceed assigned goals and deadlines.
  • Industry Representation: Participate in training, trade shows, and customer events to stay informed and network with industry professionals.
